Entry Requirements for TVET Courses

Think you won’t meet the entry requirements for a TVET course? Think again! Entry into a TVET college is quite straightforward. Most courses only need:

  • Grade 9
  • Be 16 years and older
  • Ability to read and write in English

Some courses however, such as the national certificate courses will require you to have matric. This course will allow you to study further, completing your diploma and thereafter national diploma, which is an N6 equivalent.
