Whoopi Goldberg Calls Out Co-Hosts for 'Fawning' Over Jeremy Allen White: 'Have You Turned Him Into Your Dream?'
Whoopi Goldberg took a humorous turn during a recent episode of 'The View' when she called out her fellow co-hosts for their excessive admiration of actor Jeremy Allen White, star of the hit show 'The Bear'. The conversation began with Sunny Hostin posing a question about White's internet popularity, to which he initially struggled to respond.
Hostin explained, 'People were like, 'I wish he were my boyfriend.' But Jeremy still couldn't pinpoint the reason for his internet fame.
Ana Navarro then stepped in, listing White's many appealing traits that could explain his internet popularity: his musical talents, good looks, wealth, cooking skills, and even his ability to arrange flowers. Sara Haines added that his abs didn't hurt either.
Goldberg, however, wasn't impressed with the co-hosts' fawning over White. She interjected, 'Oh my god, are you all fawning? Have you turned Jeremy into your hot dream now?' Alyssa Farah Griffin joined in the fun, joking, 'He's our boyfriend!'
Despite Goldberg's interruption, Navarro couldn't resist adding a playful plug for herself and Hostin, suggesting that their marital status could change. White humorously defended the co-hosts, saying, 'They're explaining to me.'
