Akaza personality type is ESTP, so at first glance, the way they interact with the world seems like they’re an EXTP. But their personality is more complex than that, and at one point I realized that they’re actually the exact opposite of EXTPs. As I learned more about Aska’s personality, I realized that her extreme caution was for a good reason. She knew she would hate the job, but she was too afraid to turn down the position. She didn’t want to know what it was like to make the wrong decision, because she would hate living with that regret for the rest of her life.
The thing is, Aska doesn’t really regret things; she just feels bad about them. She doesn’t hold most of her mistakes against people; she just feels bad about them because she made them. Because of this, she judges most people by their actions, not by their words.
